Challenge: Definitely time. Pick up kids from preschool and then they need to be fed within an hour, and then you need to cook it at the same time as taking care of them😅 And then of course, the kids would want to eat what you just cooked (that is not pasta and meatballs) 😆
oh i knowww! It's so hard to find the brainpower for cooking while looking after little kids too... that is definitely throwing me off my cooking game as well.
